ABOUT MATTHEW SLUKA

I am a Long Island native photographer now based in Rochester, New York. My interest in photography sparked when I created my first stop motion Lego project in high school. Since then, my passion for photography has flourished.  

I completed my Bachelor’s Degree of Photographic Arts and Sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2022.  I gained the skills in Studio Portraiture, Environmental Portraiture, Event Photography and Nature Photography.

 

I currently work as the Photographic Media Specialist at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf; photographing and archiving on and off campus events, students and staff's portraits.

In my free time I enjoy exploring different hidden gems of Rochester and photographing my friends and family.
